Session Counts: When selecting a package, it's the total days that count, not the individual sessions. Sessions simply represent how often you can train within those days, based on your chosen frequency per week."
Cancellation: Notify your fitness coach/trainer one day in advance or one hour on the day, depending on their preference.
Adding Participants: Adding people to your session counts toward the total, and the trainer decides how many can join.
Session Rendered: If your trainer's time is allocated for you and you cancel or converse throughout the entire allocated time, it counts as a session. A no-show also counts as a session used.
Missed Sessions: If a session is missed or canceled by the trainer, Action Overtime LLC will make up for it within the selected package timeframe.
